From the Wholesale Market Subcommittee (WMS) update, TAC discussed Supplemental Ancillary Services Markets (SASMs).

From the update of the Retail Market Subcommittee (RMS), TAC considered the 2016 Draft RMS Goals.

From the Reliability and Operations Subcommittee (ROS) report, TAC voted on Nodal Operating Guide Revision Requests and one other item:

NOGRR151, Alignment with NPRR748, Revisions Associated with COM-002-4 and Other Clarifications Associated with Dispatch Instructions

Appeal of NOGRR149, Revision to Definition of Transmission Operator, and

The groups reviewed two Nodal Protocol Revision Requests (NPRRs) for credit implications.

The credit groups reviewed language of NPRR741, Clarifications to Total Potential Exposure (TPE) and Estimated Aggregate Liability (EAL) Credit Exposure Calculations.

Participants reviewed the Credit Work Group Charter.

ERCOT staff presented the NPRR741 ICE Price Data Analysis v3.

The credit groups considered the 2016 Seasonal Adjustment Factor. They also discussed a new NPRR to replace NPRR638.

The 2016 proposed leaders of the two credit groups remain the same as in 2015.

The above topics were the longest discussion item at WMS, after which participants approved a motion addressing the proposed work.

The next step is for TAC to discuss the SAWG report at its January meeting.  

The Chair of the Market Credit Working Group (MCWG) reported that the credit groups may be nearing a solution to the design of the forward credit exposure and collateral calculations.
